Northland Properties is a Vancouver-based ownership group that owns and/or operates various brands across North America. Some of the most visible companies in Vancouver are Moxies, Sandman Hotel, and Grouse Mountain Resort.

The company was founded in 1963 by Bob Gaglardi and is owned by the Gaglardi family.
