Amazon Inc. will be moving into a new 416,000 sq-ft. skyscraper in the former Canada Post building, adding 3,000 jobs to B.C’s workforce. Microsoft, Slack, and HootSuite are among the notable tech brands with offices in the the city.

A diverse and skilled workforce, lower sector wages, and cheaper rent for office space are a few of the reasons why tech giants are looking northwest to open their new offices.
