Awards for Engineering Excellence
Every year, the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies British Columbia (ACEC-BC) hosts the Awards for Engineering Excellence to celebrate the technical excellence of its member firms. The association gives out Awards of Excellence and Awards of Merit to projects in the following categories: Buildings, Municipal & Civil Infrastructure, Transportation & Bridges, Energy & Industry, Natural Resource & Habitat, Soft Engineering, and Projects Under $2.5 Million. The Lieutenant Governor’s Award will be given to the submission that excels in all areas of the rated criteria, and it is chosen from among the Award of Excellence recipients.
2019
The 2019 Awards for Engineering Excellence gala was held on April 6, 2019 at the Westin Bayshore Resort.
The 2018 theme was “Venetian Carnival.”
