About Low Tide Properties

Low Tide Properites is a Vancouver-based private real estate development company. The company was founded in 2011 by Lululemon founder Chip Wilson.

They are mostly known in Vancouver for being Chip Wilson's company, but have been investing in emerging neighbourhoods and developing signature buildings. A few of the most visible examples are the new Microsoft building on 155 Water Street in Gastown and the 160,000-sq ft building at Great Northern Way.
